Hear from John and Carol Ingram:
Dear Organic Innovations,
''We want to say thank you for the excellent job you did for us in resetting and restoring our paver steps and walking areas at our home in Brunswick recently. Adam and Casey were diligent and dedicated to making the job right. The work was done quickly, and through a few follow up visits, we are extremely pleased that we have a professional and long lasting renovation of our hardscape areas. With everyone spending so much more time at home, this work was not disruptive at all to our routine, and the finished product has made our outdoor areas look great and has added to our enjoyment of them this summer. We highly recommend your company to anyone in need of landscaping services, and are grateful for both your good work and customer follow up.
Best Regards, John and Carol Ingram''.

''Testimonial When we first met Casey, we were concerned about putting this once-in-a-lifetime project into the hands of someone we had never worked with before. But as we talked, we were blown away by her vision, knowledge, energy and enthusiasm. Our concerns melted away as our landscape went from weedy ho-hum to spectacular. During four days of work here, Casey and her team put in 130 plants, including existing perennials, and rocks from our property, and large stepping stones she provided to create a stunning visual effect that far exceeded our expectations. We plan to have her crew back for other projects. Thanks, Casey! Ron and Leslie''.
Hear from Ruth Merriam:
Dear Casey,
This is just to thank you again – via e-mail. And to tell you that Dick, Ellen, and I are not the only grateful recipients of your incredible labor! During this time of Covid, with its unpredictability and its unsettling presence, the neighbors seem especially appreciative of a peaceful and beautiful place where they can rest their eyes and minds. What a gift you gave us. Your work, and the collective work of your team, was such an inspiration! We are very grateful. Best always, Ruth Merriam (and Dick too!) BTW - Tonight on TV, we saw the new Rose Garden – planted at the White House. (We like ours better!)

''From the outset and throughout our entire landscape/hardscape project, Casey Sullivan and the crew of Organic Innovations demonstrated why word-of-mouth is the only advertising Casey has to do for her company. Case in point, Casey came up on our radar via Dale of New England Specialty Stone (NESS) in Cumberland, ME. After nearly a year of contemplating and investigating materials and design concepts for our project, including many visits to NESS, Dale had developed an understanding of who we are and what we like. He said he knew someone whom we simply had to meet and whose work we had to see. Up to that point, we had interviewed, shared ideas, and gotten input from three other landscape/hardscape contractors, one with whom we very much connected and were ready to hire. Dale had said the biggest reasons he thought Casey and company were a perfect fit for us were because we clearly were all about natural, irregular, looking like the stone has always been there, and Maine products. He was also certain we would connect with Casey on a personal level because of our similar personalities and desire for a no-nonsense, top shelf, state of the art results with tons of fun, collaboration, education, rapport building and honest exchanges throughout the process. Who knew we could and would have it all? Who realistically ever expects the ideal process and the ideal result going into a home project? Over the 26 years of owning a home in Brunswick, ME, we have engaged many contractors and tradespeople, whom I’m inclined to call artists, for many inside and outside projects. We have met and worked with so many wonderful, hardworking, excellent-at-their craft people. Casey and company rate on a par with the best in that group and stand head and shoulders above the majority of them. From our first encounter with Casey and Chris, we knew our search for the perfect collaborators on our project was over. I say collaborators because that’s what we wanted in a contractor and team, to be part of their team throughout the process. Much to our delight and beyond our expectations, we got exactly that and more. Casey and company are some of the most genuine, collaborative, great natured, knowledgeable and easygoing experts in the landscape/hardscape business we have ever encountered. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with six members of this team including Casey and the most incredible feature of the team is there is not one ego amongst the entire group. In our experience, this is unheard of. Typically, Casey’s level of knowledge and expertise comes with a sizeable ego and even a bit of a chip. Conversely, she exudes confidence (not cockiness), comfort, and a willingness to share her knowledge, expertise, connections, resources, etc. She is open to all questions, feedback, and suggestions, and goes the extra mile to not only satisfy but exceed the desires of the customer. The Organic Innovations team, starting with Casey, is approachable, diligent, genuine, hardworking, conscientious, energetic, and delightful people with excellent communication skills. These qualities were not only apparent in first impressions; they endured throughout the two plus weeks of our project. Even in the rain and the dark, after a long, hard day, we could feel totally comfortable, when asked for our input, giving it honestly, even if it meant repositioning a stone, switching out one stone for another, tweaking this or that. Last but hardly least, Organic Innovations is so aptly named in our opinion. Casey explained on day one of meeting us and our property that, as with all of her projects, she does not have preconceived convictions of the exact process, let alone the end result of a project, at its inception. Rather, organic best describes the process, materials and end result of her projects. Accordingly, ours was a decide-as-you-go design that resulted in a the most natural, old look, gorgeous front entryway/stoop/walkway/stairs/pathway/gardens and lawn we could have hoped for. The gorgeous, Maine quarried stone, Blue Nubble (from NESS), boulders and river rock from Maine rockers, and plants from reputable, stand up Maine nurseries are as impressive as the design of the project. BusinessDictionary Definition of Innovation: The process of translating an idea or invention into a good or service that creates value or for which customers will pay. To be called an innovation, an idea must be replicable at an economical cost and must satisfy a specific need. Innovation involves deliberate application of information, imagination, and initiative in deriving greater or different values from resources, and includes all processes by which new ideas are generated and converted into useful products. In business, innovation often results when ideas are applied by the company in order to further satisfy the needs and expectations of the customers. Again, we feel the name of this company so perfectly describes exactly who they are and exactly what you, the customer, get. In addition, you get unparalleled punctuality, responsiveness (return phone calls within minutes!), and customer service. We are pleased beyond pleased with the way our process unfolded and the result. We highly recommend Organic Innovations for any and all landscape/hardscape projects out there, and we, for one, will be spreading the word! Ruby, Brenda, and Enzo''.
